Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest (the “Contest“) begins on June 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on no end date, PST.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open only to residents of British Columbia who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) Kelowna Toyota (collectively, the “Sponsors“), Kelowna Toyota, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase is necessary. During the Contest Period, eligible entrants can earn a maximum of one (1) Entry in the following ways:

• Survey Entry: Complete a new car or service survey during the Contest Period.
• In Person: Submit a 100+ word essay on the value of great customer service, along with full contact details and signature, to Kelowna Toyota at 1624 Cary Rd, Kelowna, BC, V1X 2B9.
• By Mail: Mail the essay and required contact information to Kelowna Toyota at 1624 Cary Rd, Kelowna, BC, V1X 2B9.

All entries must be received within the Contest Period.

5. ENTRY LIMIT:

One entry per person per month.

6. VERIFICATION:

All entries are subject to verification. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.

7. QUALIFIER SELECTION PROCESS – 1 QUALIFIER:

Kelowna Toyota will conduct a random draw in Kelowna, British Columbia at approximately 12:00 PM PST on a monthly basis to select 1 eligible qualifier.

8. QUALIFIER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

Kelowna Toyota will contact the qualifier within two (2) business days of the monthly draw. If unreachable, another eligible entrant may be selected.

9. QUALIFIER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

To be confirmed, qualifiers must:

• Correctly answer a skill-testing question, and
• Sign a declaration and release form.

10. THE EVENT:

No event attendance is required for this contest.

11. THE PRIZES:

There is one Prize available per month: one Ultimate Detail package (approximate value: $399 CAD). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. All decisions by Kelowna Toyota are final.

No responsibility is taken for technical issues, lost entries, or any disruptions. Rules may be updated at the sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Winners must answer a skill-testing question.

Personal information will only be used for administering the contest in accordance with Kelowna Toyota’s privacy policy.

Disputes will be governed by the laws of British Columbia and adjudicated in courts located in British Columbia.
