My daughter purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander, there were a few items to be done before delivery which included replacing the windshield. On the day she picked up the car she noticed a wind whistle coming from the windshield at 60 kmh then discovered missing covers on the roof rack and one cover in the rear storage. It seems to me that this dealership does not check the vehicle completely for missing items before putting it on the market.
